My toddler doesn’t like vegetables. My husband isn’t really a fan either. I’m holding out hope for Benjamin, but that doesn’t look promising considering how he projectiles the spinach out of his mouth each time the spoon goes in.
That is why I love recipes that are delicious enough to hide all evidence of veggies.
Take a smoothie for example, I could add spinach and no one would know! (Well, except for the green color…)
This zucchini bread is tasty, healthy AND it isn’t green. Thus all the evidence of veggies is successfully hidden from anti-veggie-eating eyes.
