Ginger Ale Punch using only 4 ingredients

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Dr Pepper Snapple Group for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

One thing that made New Year’s Special when I was growing up was the holiday drinks. I loved drinking Sparkling Cider or punch from a wine glass. It made me feel so grownup.

I want to have some similar traditions with my kiddos. I want them to have special treats over the holidays to crank up the ‘special’ factor.

I was so excited that I could use ingredients that I had on hand to make this delicious holiday drink.

You will need:

-Canada Dry Ginger Aleginger ale punch recipe (5)

-Orange Juice

-Sugar

-Your favorite brewed tea

1. Brew 2 cups of your favorite tea and let steep for about five minutes. Add 1 cup of water to the tea while it is steeping and mix to make sure the sugar dissolves.

2. While the tea is brewing, you can add 2 cups of orange juice and 2 cups of Ginger Ale together in a pitcher.

3. When the tea is finished brewing, add it to the pitcher with the orange juice and Ginger Ale.

4. Add some ice and garnishes (such as a lime) if you desire.

5. Enjoy!

NOTE: This recipe is actually pretty easy to customize the size you want. If you want a smaller or larger proportion, all you have to do it know that it is 2 parts of everything except the sugar, which is 1 part. Meaning you can make it using 1 cup of Ginger Ale, Orange Juice, Tea and then 1/2 cup of sugar.

See now, can it get any easier than that? This might be the most simple punch recipe I have ever made! Not only that, but if you don’t have everything on hand, you can easily find everything you need for this drink recipe at Safeway!
