The smell of fresh apples baking in the oven, the aroma of cinnamon spice as you make up your favorite fall drink. Kids laughter floating in from your open windows. The taste of pumpkin…everything. The array of colors in the changing leaves.
These are just a few of my favorite things of fall.
I am being more intentional about doing fall activities with my littles (preschool, toddler and baby), so I compiled a list of some of my favorite fall activities found around the web.
Make sure to check out my Pinterest Board if you are looking for more fall fun.
Follow Tales of Beauty for Ashes’s board Fall play on Pinterest.
A note about these activities: I will probably adapt quite a few of them for our needs, but they are a great starting point of ideas for fall fun in our home. If you would like a calendar of these activities, here is one I made up to keep me on track. You will notice there are no dates…that’s because I am starting this in the middle of October, we’re very flexible around these parts!
Also, at the bottom of the page is a list of things you will need if you want to do all the activities in the calendar, I tried to choose activities that used things around the house, rather than needing to buy a bunch of materials.
